Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


ActionPoint is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for energetic and resilient individuals who possess strong strategic planning skills and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database - Contribute to the development of customer support best practices - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
