Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Associate to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. With at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for our products and services. 3. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing feedback with the team. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in time management and multitasking. 6. Hardworking and confident individual with a positive attitude. 7. Visa sponsorship, Gym membership, and Travel & spending expenses benefits.
