Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Oracle Ireland in Limerick, Munster, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any issues they may encounter while using Oracle products or services, troubleshooting problems, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Documenting customer interactions and updating the CRM system with relevant information. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Assisting with product training and demonstrations for customers as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and driven personality. 5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical knowledge. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Flexibility to work part-time hours.
