Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Manna Aero in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, working towards resolutions in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to drive customer success initiatives - Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide coaching and training as needed - Compile and analyze data on customer support metrics to report on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role, preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Presentation and negotiation skills - Independent and hardworking personality traits
