Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


SoapBox Labs is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. We are looking for a dynamic individual with 6 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and find solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to increase customer retention. 5. Provide training and guidance to customer support team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Analyze customer support metrics and provide reports to management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Proven track record of managing customer support teams and achieving customer satisfaction goals. 4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
