Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will be at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies and procedures to improve overall effectiveness - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can lead a team effectively - Excellent persuasion and decision-making skills - 7 years of experience in customer support roles - Proven track record of managing a team and improving customer satisfaction metrics - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
