Wayflyer, a rapidly growing fintech company based in Dublin, is seeking a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home. We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer support who is reliable and resilient in handling customer inquiries and issues.
As the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, chat, and phone - Identifying trends in customer inquiries and working with the product team to address them proactively - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for product improvements - Creating and maintaining customer support documentation and training materials - Monitoring customer support metrics and reporting on key performance indicators - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in customer support, with a track record of success in a leadership role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a remote team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy for customers - Strong presentation skills for training and coaching purposes
