Job description:
Airbnb Ireland UC is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis in Dublin, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance to drive improvements and achieve KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience managing a team and driving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
