Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

LogoGrab is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team remotely from Waterford, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level role with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Train, mentor, and supervise the customer support team members. - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures. - Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the company.

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. - Strong adaptability and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
