Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. 5. Research and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. 6. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 4. Persuasion skills to navigate difficult customer interactions. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6.
