Customer Support Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team at TikTok Dublin in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 6. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 7. Assist with product testing and feedback.
