Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Airbnb Ireland UC in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and hosts.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of efficiency and empathy. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Provide assistance to guests and hosts with booking accommodations, managing listings, and navigating the Airbnb platform. 5. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update internal databases accordingly. 6. Identify areas for improvement in the customer support process and implement innovative solutions. 7. Assist in training new team members and share best practices with the team. 8. Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4 years of customer service experience. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Persuasion skills and the ability to diffuse escalated situations. 6. Innovation skills to suggest process improvements. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
