Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resilient and motivated, with strong people management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate issues as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
