Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, possess strong decision-making skills, and excel in strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to provide seamless support solutions - Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services - Assist in training new team members and implementing best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Visa sponsorship available
