Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


9th Impact, a leading mobile game development company, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cork, IE. This part-time position is perfect for those who are energetic, passionate, and enjoy interacting with customers to provide exceptional support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Conduct research to find answers to customer questions and provide accurate information - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify trends in customer issues and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience - Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Assist with other customer support-related tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers - Ability to research and find answers to customer inquiries quickly - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
