Customer Support Representative

Energy Elephant is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Ireland. We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Soft skills in cooperation and analysis - Must be able to work part-time hours
