Job Description - Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


As a Customer Support Representative at ActionPoint, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues as needed.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
