Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

IBM Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities - Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues - Creative problem-solving abilities to address unique customer situations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
