Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Swrve, a leading digital marketing platform based in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, reliable, and looking to gain valuable experience in the customer support field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Help customers navigate the Swrve platform and answer questions about product features - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously update knowledge of Swrve products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and difficult situations - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
