Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, working remotely from home. As a Customer Support Specialist at VMware Ireland, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Providing product training and guidance to customers - Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to innovate and think outside the box - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
