Remote Live Chat Assistant

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with technical questions. You will analyze customer needs and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
