Job Description:

Airbnb Ireland is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dublin. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and issues via live chat - Assist guests and hosts with booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Airbnb platform - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to users - Uphold Airbnb's brand reputation by maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
