Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online users through live chat. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with online users via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to customers' problems - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of interactions and customer feedback

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and helping others - Resourceful problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience using live chat software or similar customer service tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
