Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Facebook Ireland in Dublin. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat support to provide assistance and resolve queries - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers - Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule
