Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Qualtrics Ireland in Dublin. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via live chat - Assist customers in navigating our website and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide guidance where necessary
