Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Intercom is looking for a part-time Live Chat Assistant to work from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, resilient, and possesses strong adaptability and decision-making skills. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through chat, resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and support. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 6. Adaptability and decision-making soft skills. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
