Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level employee, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat feature, answering inquiries and providing support - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with our platform - Guide customers through the survey creation process and help them optimize their survey experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up to date on product updates and changes to accurately assist customers - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
