Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

WebDoctor is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Limerick, Munster, Ireland.

As a Live Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assisting customers with issues related to our products or services - Escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic about helping others - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
