Smurfit Kappa Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat to our clients. This position will allow you to work from home, offering a flexible and convenient work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Tech-savvy and comfortable using online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
