Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information about Apple products and services 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues 4. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 3. Excellent customer service skills 4. Basic knowledge of Apple products and services is a plus 5. Proficiency in using computer software and applications 6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team 7. Must be adaptable and willing to learn new skills
