Remote Live Chat Associate

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dublin, IE. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat. You will interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance - Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues - Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to meet customer needs - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or live chat support - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
