Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills - Ability to research and provide accurate information to customers - Dedicated and hardworking attitude - Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving
