Live Chat Manager

Love & Robots is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services - Assist customers with any technical issues or problems they may encounter while using our website or services - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and delivering delight - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail industry trends
