Job Description:
CitySwift is seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Remote Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat support team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of live chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate live chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement training programs for live chat agents to improve performance - Analyze live chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience - Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to address customer feedback and issues - Create and maintain documentation and best practices for live chat support - Monitor live chat metrics and KPIs to track team performance and make data-driven decisions
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and people management skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient and motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement - Experience with project management and process improvement - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
