Live Chat Manager

Job Description: As a Live Chat Manager at NewsWhip, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our live chat operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with our customer service team to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Train and mentor live chat agents to improve customer service skills and efficiency - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to coordinate responses and resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or live chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Adaptable and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making and time management skills
