Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the live chat operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing leadership and guidance - Monitor live chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase live chat efficiency and effectiveness - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to optimize live chat processes and workflows - Train new live chat agents and provide ongoing coaching and feedback - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service
