Job Description - Live Chat Manager


Job Description:


Cooper Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and online chat platforms, you will be responsible for managing our live chat services and ensuring exceptional customer interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat platform. 2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality customer interactions. 3. Train and mentor live chat agents, providing guidance on best practices. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing live chat services in a customer service setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 7. Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems. 8. Energetic and self-motivated personality. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
