Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Live Chat Manager at Google Ireland, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat support operations for our customers. This is a work-from-home position based in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries and issues through live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat support agents - Monitor live chat conversations for quality assurance - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency - Train and onboard new team members - Analyze performance data and provide insights to drive improvements - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat support - Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support - Experience managing a team preferred - Strong communication skills - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Demonstrated cooperation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
