Job Description:
Dropbox Dublin is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring all customer queries are handled promptly and efficiently. 2. Train and mentor live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism. 3. Develop strategies to improve chat response times, customer satisfaction, and overall performance metrics. 4. Analyze chat transcripts and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Implement best practices and guidelines for live chat operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards. 7. Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with company policies. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in live chat technology to continuously improve our services.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking with the ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 2. Strategic planning skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders. 4. Proficiency in live chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or live chat management role. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
