**Company:** Johnson & Johnson Ireland **Location:** Cork, Cork, IE **Job Type:** Part-time **Seniority:** Mid-to-Senior Level **Years of Experience:** 8


**Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of live chat agents to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement chat strategies to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction - Train and mentor live chat agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experience - Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in live chat management


**Requirements:** - 8 years of experience in customer service or contact center management - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated teamwork and negotiation skills - Experience managing remote teams is a plus
