Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team at Etsy Ireland. This position offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of relevant experience in managing live chat operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat function, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat logs for quality assurance and coach agents on best practices - Analyze chat metrics and performance data to identify trends and make improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chat workflows and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
