Job Description:
As a Live Chat Manager at Google Ireland, you will be responsible for overseeing the live chat customer service operations. You will work remotely from home and be part of a dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position is suited for individuals at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency - Communicate regularly with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for your team
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in managing live chat operations or similar customer service roles - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team - Excellent research skills to gather insights and information to improve customer service - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Resilient and hardworking attitude to handle challenging situations and meet deadlines - Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as chat platforms and analytics software
