Twitter Dublin is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong leadership and persuasion skills. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to Twitter users through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with Twitter users in real-time through our live chat platform - Provide timely and accurate responses to user queries and concerns - Assist users with navigating the Twitter platform and resolving technical issues - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and compliance with company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in navigating digital platforms and social media - Available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
