Remote Live Chat Officer

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Officer to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Act as a brand ambassador for Jameson Whiskey, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers. - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. - Visa sponsorship and remote work flexibility available.
