Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Dropbox Dublin is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our users through live chat channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Provide product information and guidance to users - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Associate Level seniority with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner - Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
