Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and independent with the ability to work remotely - Strong creativity and decision-making skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using live chat software and online customer service tools - Familiarity with health technologies is a plus
