Live Chat Officer - Work from home

As a Live Chat Officer at Popertee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time, work-from-home position based in Cork, Cork, IE requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and navigating our website - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Track and report on customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
