Live Chat Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Representative to join our team at DHL in Waterford, Munster, IE. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through live chat - Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving issues, and answering questions - Utilize resources and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner - Meet and exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and solve problems - Strong teamwork and presentation skills to collaborate with colleagues and deliver excellent service - Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain composure under pressure
