Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dublin, Dublin, IE. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service offerings - Work with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency with live chat platforms and customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
