Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Glanbia is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or communication-related field. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as resilience and motivation, as well as soft skills like teamwork and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Use data and analytics to identify trends and make data-informed decisions - Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance the customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or communication-related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
